You must be aged 21 or above to register and use bmw2u. We conduct KYC age verification on all accounts. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one bmw2u account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of pending balances.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits, and expiry windows. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until rollover conditions are fully met.
bmw2u reserves the right to request identity documents (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) at any point. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion for all accounts.
Fraud, collusion, matched betting abuse, use of automated bots, and any form of system manipulation are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination and fund forfeiture.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Member", "you") and bmw2u ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bmw2u website located at https://bmw2u.cam and all associated services, games, features, and promotions offered therein.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by bmw2u, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing bmw2u from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. bmw2u makes no representations regarding the legality of its Services in any particular jurisdiction outside of its operational scope.
You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that your use of the Platform is voluntary and not driven by compulsive gambling behaviour. Should you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you are strongly encouraged to make use of our responsible gambling tools or to seek independent assistance.
Each individual person may register and operate only one (1) bmw2u Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. bmw2u reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus credits held therein.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. bmw2u will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
bmw2u operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit copies of the following documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
bmw2u accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are subject to change without prior notice:
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. VIP account holders may be eligible for elevated limits upon request to our support team.
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending KYC completion. bmw2u reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where unusual activity has been detected or where the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to normal account activity.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, bmw2u requires that deposits and withdrawals are conducted using the same payment method and account holder name where operationally possible. Funds deposited via Touch 'n Go eWallet, for example, should be withdrawn to the same registered e-wallet account. bmw2u may refuse withdrawal requests that cannot be reconciled with the original deposit source.
Note on Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20 deposits are accepted and converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. bmw2u is not responsible for blockchain network delays, gas fees incurred, or exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and credit.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by bmw2u ("Promotions") are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual Promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each Promotion's specific terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 15x, or 20x). Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, bonus-derived winings remain non-withdrawable.
While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. This limit is typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round, as specified in the relevant Promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings without prior notice.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements:
All Promotions are subject to an expiry period beginning from the time bonus is credited to your Account. Standard expiry windows range from 7 to 30 days. Any unfulfilled wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry without further notice.
bmw2u reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit where we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine engagement, matched betting using free bets, or any other exploitation of Promotion mechanics.
All casino games offered on bmw2u use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by reputable third-party software developers. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently verifiable. bmw2u does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, bmw2u reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the stake to the Member's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. bmw2u is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures or device malfunctions on the Member's side.
Sports betting markets on bmw2u, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other events, are subject to standard sportsbook rules. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned may be voided or settled in accordance with the applicable event-specific rules published on the Platform.
Where a game, odds display, bonus offer, or other feature on the Platform contains an obvious error — such as a misprinted odds value, a misconfigured jackpot figure, or a software-generated anomaly — bmw2u reserves the right to correct the error and, where transactions have been made on the basis of the error, to void and refund the relevant transactions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmw2u Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
bmw2u cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where evidence of criminal activity is detected, we will report such activity to the relevant authorities and take all necessary legal steps to recover losses.
All content on the bmw2u Platform, including but not limited to the bmw2u brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, and game assets, is the exclusive property of bmw2u or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of bmw2u.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmw2u and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
bmw2u's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member and remaining in their Account at the time the claim arises.
bmw2u does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access to certain features or the Platform as a whole. We will endeavour to notify members of planned maintenance periods in advance where reasonably practicable.
Your use of the bmw2u Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
bmw2u employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We collect only the data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

bmw2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon your request, bmw2u will process the return of any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds held at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. bmw2u shall retain the right to retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations, notwithstanding the closure of your Account.
bmw2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
We encourage all Members to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
bmw2u and the Member agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. Please contact our support team with the details of your concern, and we will endeavour to reach a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe before any formal proceedings are commenced.
